- CEO lacks vision, profitability & revenue on decline which is reflected in the share price which fell from $7 to $2 in the last 2 years. - Company is filled with 'bits & pieces' management (no leaders in the company) who lack operational knowledge; strategy is a far cry. - Top management is way past their shelf life & not aligned to the industry trends; they on paid vacation in the company with no real KPIs - Sycophancy will reward you with promotions; meritocracy is fictional word in the company - HR & Management harp on ethics & fire resources for moonlighting but the company engages 100s of contractors globally (employed in other companies), hypocrisy at its best
