      Excellent company and sound technical staff and work balance by 4 days a week, company initiative . Pays well , Life insurance disability insurance and medical insurance benefits and Bonus payments. Good company to join if u get chance.

      Cons

      can Provide redundancy if there is sudden loss of clients or targets are not achieved ,Last in 1st out rough rule may apply. But worth taking this risk if u get chance.

      For the most part, the people are nice.

      Cons

      Nepotistic culture. Constant fire drills and changing direction. Lack of processes to enable more streamlined output. Expected to work long hours and weekends. Time off frowned upon.
