Good pay, good benefits for employees
Cons
Exceptionally poor systems and processes, which frustrate employees and leaders. Business claims it’s fantastic, but systems like AskHR are disgusting. They are slow, response is poor, result is often not what you request. The application of any common sense in relation to what you request is non exiting. Fellow leaders would literally slump in their chair when they knew that they had to use these systems to help their employees.
