Unrealistic expectations - IT Manager Ripley Entertainment Employee Review

Very unrealistic expectations along with no work life balance. I worked on-call everyday the entire time I worked here. Also, I received photos of insignificant issues on the daily such as a cable being dusty. Was expected to come in for a tv being turned off even with other staff able to turn it on. The culture in the back office was very toxic if you weren’t within the right clique you dreaded coming to work. I would also receive phone calls while on vacation. Being stuck between corporate and the field.
