      Lunch in office (food isn't that great), Snacks everywhere, .com startup attitude.

      Cons

      Fun co-workers that will throw you under the bus when their job is getting hard! managers with little to no backbone! They don't want to change their ways! Everything has to go through a senior leader, I am shocked anything gets done!

      Pros

      Business outlook is strong, well established in the space. Executive leadership is strategic.

      Cons

      Very toxic work environment. But it does depend on your team. The marketing and communication org is lead by fear. Optics are often more important than quality of work. The timelines are aggressive but everything is so much harder to complete because they’ve indexed on execution over process. Don’t love that they donated to Trump’s ballroom either. The RTO is all about visibility and not collaboration despite their claims.
