      Pros

      Decent pay, good benefits, flexible time off.

      Cons

      Some members of senior management lack the ability/desire to support team their respective teams, invest in employee development, and can be difficult or volatile to deal with. Internal processes are unnecessarily inefficient and time consuming. The company is moving away from remote work.

      Pros

      Business outlook is strong, well established in the space. Executive leadership is strategic.

      Cons

      Very toxic work environment. But it does depend on your team. The marketing and communication org is lead by fear. Optics are often more important than quality of work. The timelines are aggressive but everything is so much harder to complete because they’ve indexed on execution over process. Don’t love that they donated to Trump’s ballroom either. The RTO is all about visibility and not collaboration despite their claims.
