Turning a fairly chaotic and unpredictable job like recruiting and breaking it down into a process and formula that works, and can take someone with zero experience and have them billing within their first few months is very impressive. An excellent place to start your recruitment career
Cons
360 recruitment by its nature is a performance based role, and if you don't perform and aren't willing to follow guidance and up your game, you won't last.
