      Pros

      Camms, prior to the acquisition by Riskonnect, was a genuinely good place to work. The culture was collaborative, the work was meaningful, and there was flexibility through a hybrid work model and flexible working hours. Overtime payments were fairly compensated, and employees generally felt valued. The environment supported learning and growth, despite some internal politics that are common in many organizations.

      Cons

      Since the acquisition by Riskonnect, the work environment has changed significantly. There have been frequent restructures, with layoffs occurring roughly every six months, creating ongoing uncertainty and impacting employee morale. Overtime payments were discontinued post-acquisition, with employees expected to manage increased workloads within fixed salaries. The repeated organizational changes have made long-term career planning difficult.

      Pros

      Great learning opportunities, supportive team, collaborative work environment, and valuable exposure to real-world data analysis projects. The entire process - from application to interviews and hiring-was smooth, well-organized, and professional. A great place to start and grow a career in data analytics.
