Pros

Building and managing a fantastic team of your own at your location.

Cons

Poor communication from corporate support teams. Lack of knowledge for day to day operations from those up top. Unrealistic expectations- expect large amounts of work to be completed by one GM. Micro managing is extremely prominent here as well. No help with tech issues, repairs are never priority, and they expect low paid maintenance staff to complete certified fuel tech’s work.

Pros

They used to really care, be a great company to work for, and have a true company direction.

Cons

Corporate turn over is HIGH. Even the executive staff is running for the hills. Monthly board meetings are a nightmare where the foreign leadership pokes holes in accounting messes, operational failures, and marketing misses. Not one senior level staff member knows what they’re doing. They have zero clue how to operate and are grasping at straws. Fuel, ops, marketing, accounting - every department is failing miserably. If they’re offering a job don’t take it. Please for the sake of your career, keep looking. They are planning to sell within the next two years.
