      Usually uninvolved essay really don’t understand how to operate hotels

      No, culture or appreciation . Don’t understand how to make a hotel successful. Ownership decided to not paid out bonuses for any managers even though they exceeded their goals. Most managers are leaving

      Pros

      Free parking for all employees.

      Cons

      Company does not care about employees with low salaries, barely time off, no 401K match and bare minimum raises. No advancement opportunities. Nothing done to promote morale with the employees. No remote opportunities ever.
