Poor Management, poor benefits, no 401K match & no morale

Pros
Free parking for all employees.
Cons
Company does not care about employees with low salaries, barely time off, no 401K match and bare minimum raises. No advancement opportunities. Nothing done to promote morale with the employees. No remote opportunities ever.

Some very intelligent and seasoned professionals.
Cons
Dubious place to work. Be aware this is not a fund or an investment shop by any means, this is strictly the founders money. Person whose wealth founded this company no longer has anything to do with the day to day and it shows. Website makes it seem like it is more than what it truly is. Zero loyalty or freedom for outside of the box thinking. No 401k match. Bad healthcare options. Very Regressive vs. progressive company.
