I loved working for a family business, there was always opportunity for my voice to be heard by the decision makers. There is a friendly and positive atmosphere, with co-workers who care about the success of others, as well as the company. Upper Management has face time with employees on a regular basis and recognize their hard work and work to address any struggles. Location is conducive to a good work/life balance – located very close to great shopping – Wegman’s, Target and Costco to name a few, plus many restaurants.

Although I feel more productive while working in the office, opportunity for remote work would be a huge bonus.
