      Good time off, good health insurance, relaxed work environment

      Cons

      You will fight tooth and nail for any kind of raise, champions love and empathy and proceeds with random seemingly random firings of skilled staff, presumably because of how highly they were paid

      Pros

      Depends on which team you join. Some teams are well organized, have proper planning, and have realistic goals. However, I was switched to a different team that was absolutely disorganized. Managers had no idea what they wanted.

      Cons

      Low pay in the industry, and it is not well-organized.
