      There a lot of very nice, hard working people. The company is doing well and have been for the last 6-8 years.

      There isn't a lot of growth opportunity with their business model of growth by acquisition.

      Pros

      Depends on which team you join. Some teams are well organized, have proper planning, and have realistic goals. However, I was switched to a different team that was absolutely disorganized. Managers had no idea what they wanted.

      Cons

      Low pay in the industry, and it is not well-organized.
