      great colleagues and middle management

      Cons

      ceo lied about no layoffs now we are laying off hundreds of senior engineers and sending jobs overseas. No option to find work elsewhere in company before layoff. I had skills that transfer to other groups that are not downsizing.

      Pros

      Depends on which team you join. Some teams are well organized, have proper planning, and have realistic goals. However, I was switched to a different team that was absolutely disorganized. Managers had no idea what they wanted.

      Cons

      Low pay in the industry, and it is not well-organized.
