Good people, stable products, IBM partnership. Mainframe software, supposedly dead 30 years ago, is still a good business.
Cons
Rocket used to be a stable career path, but three rounds of layoffs in 2023 (verified). That's the stamp of Bain. Management constantly touts "transparency" while becoming increasingly opaque. Company "values" ring hollow.
