      Work-life balance is fair most of the time and ok benefits

      Cons

      Pay is low. Especially, if you have been here for a while. Even if you are promoted and take on new jobs, there's not much of an incentive to do so.

      Pros

      Depends on which team you join. Some teams are well organized, have proper planning, and have realistic goals. However, I was switched to a different team that was absolutely disorganized. Managers had no idea what they wanted.

      Cons

      Low pay in the industry, and it is not well-organized.
