      Focused on the past, expecting quick results without effort or openness to new ideas. Constantly changing sales and marketing focus leads to confusion and stress - a toxic environment. Onboarding is non-existent.

      Pros

      Depends on which team you join. Some teams are well organized, have proper planning, and have realistic goals. However, I was switched to a different team that was absolutely disorganized. Managers had no idea what they wanted.

      Cons

      Low pay in the industry, and it is not well-organized.
