      WFH and remote work Pay is Average considering product company Friendly and supportive work env WLB Insurance policy is very good Amazing culture

      If you are lucky you will get to work on new technology as some of the products have old tech stack not much technical growth opportunity which make you lag behind considering industry skill expectations

      Pros

      Depends on which team you join. Some teams are well organized, have proper planning, and have realistic goals. However, I was switched to a different team that was absolutely disorganized. Managers had no idea what they wanted.

      Cons

      Low pay in the industry, and it is not well-organized.
