      Pros

      Great mentoring and experience. Through Rockwell, I was able to see automation systems in several different industries. The work was always interesting.

      Cons

      This position included lots of local travel and driving. Many times traveling assignments were given with one day of notice.

      Pros

      Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
