Pros

I love working for this company, 90% of the employees there are so kind. Teammates are always so supportive and helpful. Other departments have amazing people. Unfortunately the bad is enough to weigh out the good most of the time.

Cons

The biggest con is the management. I can’t speak for all managers, but the one in charge of me should not have a job. Let alone, have one for as long as they have. I have never in my life felt more disappointing. Another huge negative is that you cannot bring these issues up to HR without being terrified of being terminated. I’ve heard from several others that have made reports of these issues that absolutely nothing changes.
