Pros

We have some of the friendliest and helpful staff. There are chances to get promoted, senior management is helpful and kind when you need them and work harder than most. HR is very professional and I cannot be happier where I am at. This is the best place I have worked so far. I plan on staying for years to come

Cons

Not many cons about Rose International. Of course I would Like more money for my position and work, but who wouldn't?
