Pros
Everyone is super encouraging and really takes the time to thank employees. Family/work balance is encouraged. Great teaching and learning environment. Lots of opportunities for personal growth.
Cons
A bit what you would expect for auto / finance related company. They can be a bit behind the times in terms of how traditional and formal they are but it seems like they’re trying to grow past the stuffiness a bit.
