Pros

Certain departments offer you the ability to have very good work life balance at entry level positions. People are very nice.

Cons

The financial takeover of this company has cost the jobs of many individuals and I believe it will hurt the performance. The technology employed by this company is prehistoric and they will not spend the money to implement new tech. Leadership is heavily political and there is too much nepotism hiring going on.

Pros

President is really sharp and great. Great human New external VP hires have been good adds across the org Work life balance is almost too good Small so it's not political or beaurcraritic.

Cons

Complacency Need better product talent as majority only know RO and they aren't Kellogg or HBS level Most SVPs would not shine at bigger orgs, one or two would. They don't rank on the same level with the ones I've worked with at larger orgs. Product needs to reorg bc nobody is moving the needle at all esp spray paint. Zero diveristy Pay is horrendous for many mid level folks
