      Decent benefits, good community, some great people.

      Cons

      Onboarding could have gone smoother. There were a lot of unintuitive things, like who to talk to for what, that weren't well explained. A handful of the presenters for my orientation just never showed up to do their portion,

      Sometimes it's hard to know if you are meeting expectations as far as how much work is done within the day

      Wonderful faculty. Beautiful campus. Variety of classroom sizes.

      Cons

      Far distance between classrooms. Campus buses not reliable. Will not give full-time status to lecturers who work over 40 hours per week. No benefits.
