Pros
This job provides you with many opportunities to meet great people while working at Rutgers University. It is an extremely flexible job that works around your school schedule. It requires minimal work and its something to put on your resume.
Cons
Many of us employees are extremely interested in both marketing and research but many of the tasks we do are very simple and don't require much thinking. I think that this job could be a little more challenging if more marketing elements get added to it.
