Pros
My experience working at Rutgers was very positive. As a full time student, I was able to work part-time and add hours as needed to maintain my work-life-study balance effectively.
Cons
Employee parking was an issue and required an expensive parking permit. Budgets were restrictive in the department that I was working in and therefore compensation was limited.
