      Pros

      They were very flexible with my hours. Always offer to include you on things going on around the campus. Very friendly.

      Cons

      Boring. They didn't have a whole lot for the workers to do. There was usually more workers than there needed to be. Depending on which office you work at, the area was pretty small. Show favoritism toward the older students that have been working with them depending on which office you work in.

      Pros

      co-workers are super nice, friendly and collaborative. Good flexibility in work arrangements. My immediate boss is nice.

      Cons

      Morale is quite low, and turnover is high. We are losing good people and goals are not being met. Senior Leader tell us to do more with less, and do not want constructive feedback. They don't lead by example, taking elaborate trips instead of being present and supporting staff. Rules don't apply to them. So disappointing, not what you would expect from a public university.
