Pros
Does not feel cliquey like larger firms. Everyone is always willing to help out Hard work pays dividends Colleagues are supportive and genuinely care. Exposure to many different industries of clients and of different sizes.
Cons
Progression in career might be slower than larger firms. Whilst there are various clients, there is a limit to the scale since the German firm handles most of the IFRS/parent companies clients. The technology is being improved but still a little behind.
