      Very friendly team that have given me space and help to onboard and pick up the ropes without any felling of pressure - something I haven't felt elsewhere (likely my own doing).

      Cons

      Very old company with old ideas if software engineering. If you are working on application level this is less apparent.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
