      Pros

      Very friendly team that have given me space and help to onboard and pick up the ropes without any felling of pressure - something I haven't felt elsewhere (likely my own doing).

      Cons

      Very old company with old ideas if software engineering. If you are working on application level this is less apparent.

      Nice Working environment Great camaraderie among team members Helpful Seniors

      The only shortcoming is some of the teams are very small like just 3 members and therefore the workload per person is a little higher
