Pros

SAY throws incredibly good parties, has an unlimited vacation policy, a dog-friendly HQ, and good compensation for most roles.

Cons

1. There are no clear career paths for most folks-- very few opportunities for promotions or cross-organizational moves. Most of the mid-level managers seem to have a dozen or more direct reports, making it very hard for those folks to have a meaningful one-on-one relationship with their managers and even harder to advance and grow. If you want to be an account manager or a cog on the creative team for the next 5-7 years, than perhaps this is the place for you. 2. Upper management (VP and above, excluding the CEO) seems to either a) not communicate about anything, b) not agree on anything, or c) be preoccupied with admiring their own brilliance to solve some very real problems that are pervasive throughout the organization-- Profound issues with lack of information/communication, poisonous negativity/passive-aggressiveness, strong-arming responsibilities out of one team and into another, and lack of accountability have been common since the company's inception.
