Pros
Bludgers, the lot of them. You don’t need to work all that hard. You don’t even need to be smart.
Cons
Its not a great place to work. A lot of lazy people. Very set in their ways. Really lacking innovation. Bullying is a very real problem. Big problems which aren’t being fixed because of the Engagement Survey result. They don’t realise that everyone is afraid to tell the truth in the engagement surveys because the HR team can’t be trusted.
