Relaxed environment. Casual atmosphere. Interesting product line.
Cons
Oppressive facilities. Owners office is air conditioned and the rest of the building is sweltering. Benefits are terrible...high cost and low coverage. Owner is a very scattered man with no structure. He makes off the cuff business decisions without thinking or caring how employees will be affected. Owner doesn't listen to his own management team. Everyone is afraid to disagree with the owner. Owner doesn't believe rules apply to him. Salary is terrible and well below market. No training or employee development.
