Staff is super nice and friendly, lots of field visits, and learning opportunities. As an intern, I never got bored and felt like I learned a lot about solid waste. Company has a lot of opportunities to grow as an engineer.

where to begin. Low pay, long days, minimal holidays, they claim "employee owned" but consistently implement rules that clearly only favor top brass. They make the ESPO seem like the most important thing ever but I would rather just be paid appropriately.
