      Excellent company to work for. You are surrounded by very intelligent and highly skilled professionals. Everyone is encouraged to learn, grow, develop, and to develop the business. I highly recommend for anyone at any level.

      Hard to find people to share workload if you are slow. Best to find your own niche.

      Pros

      Staff is super nice and friendly, lots of field visits, and learning opportunities. As an intern, I never got bored and felt like I learned a lot about solid waste. Company has a lot of opportunities to grow as an engineer.

      Cons

      Feast and famine culture like any other consulting job but it compliments nicely with field work.
