      - excellent benefits and programs - polite coworkers - decent pay - long-term opportunities (many people have worked there for decades)

      Cons

      - a little crowded at the top---not always room for advancement - skews a little older, can be isolating if you're younger - not much else, it's really decent

      Pros

      Staff is super nice and friendly, lots of field visits, and learning opportunities. As an intern, I never got bored and felt like I learned a lot about solid waste. Company has a lot of opportunities to grow as an engineer.

      Cons

      Feast and famine culture like any other consulting job but it compliments nicely with field work.
