      Pros

      - Can learn a lot from colleagues, clients, and contractors. - ESOP is a cool benefit of random money that you get for retirement and you don't personally contribute towards it or have to think about it until the yearly reminder of what was added to your account. The amount distributed into your account is based off your salary.

      Cons

      - Not the best work/life balance. - Offices/BUs can be siloed. It's great that SCS is a nationwide company but you don't always know what other teams/offices are doing.

      Pros

      Staff is super nice and friendly, lots of field visits, and learning opportunities. As an intern, I never got bored and felt like I learned a lot about solid waste. Company has a lot of opportunities to grow as an engineer.

      Cons

      Feast and famine culture like any other consulting job but it compliments nicely with field work.
