      Best company I've ever worked for! Been here five years and am very happy. Employee owned. Great overall transparency. Strong communication between staff and upper management. Tremendous company culture.

      Pros

      Staff is super nice and friendly, lots of field visits, and learning opportunities. As an intern, I never got bored and felt like I learned a lot about solid waste. Company has a lot of opportunities to grow as an engineer.

      Cons

      Feast and famine culture like any other consulting job but it compliments nicely with field work.
