      Pros

      International environment, modern office and good location. Good place to start career with no background.

      Cons

      Management is very toxic and manipulative. They want people who seem to be agreeable. Raising up concerns will cost you job. I have seen former colleagues losing their job for raising concerns over management. Survey on management will “disappear” in the system if it has low ranking about managers. Management won’t face any accountability for poor performance. Only regular employees will. Will leave for another job asap I will find better one.

      I’m not sure if there’re any.

      Cons

      They put out their job advertisement in english but only hire Swedes or people who know swedish. Honestly in 2025 everyone in such institution knows english so their requirement doesn’t make any sense. They obviously discriminate against expats. If you email them in english enquiring about a role role, they’ll just ignore you. Ever heard about diversity and inclusion, SEB? Why bother to write advertisement in english at all?
