      Pros

      Excellent coworkers, fun games, company tries to foster a welcoming and close-knit environment.

      Cons

      Project deadlines and crushing expectations end up stifling creativity and causing burnout. HR does not tend to listen to its employees, acts too late when someone has a problem. Crunch time can be awful, demanding >10hr days and no real weekends from many employees.

      They have great benefits for the position.

      Cons

      Favoritism. Lack of training for new hires, No communications on how to meet expectations if your manager isn't your best friend. Small teams that act like clicks.
