      Company has an awesome mission and the staff works hard for the betterment of the clients' needs

      Cons

      Since the change in CEO (2016) there's been nothing but transition and turmoil at the corporate office. It's difficult for the company to operate effectively with the constant turnover and all the drama at the executive level.

There certainly have been many changes, including changes in staff, which can make for a busy and fast-paced environment.       Decent benefits and some opportunities to do overtime

      Cons

      No standards in the hiring process leading to extremely unqualified co-workers, lack of relevant training in regards to the actual job requirements, poor pay, consumers tend to not get their needs met, disregard for employees from middle and upper management
