      Low pay and so understaff that it makes your life stressful while they don’t raise the pay and the higher ups keep all the money. It’s also a lot of drama

      Decent benefits and some opportunities to do overtime

      Cons

      No standards in the hiring process leading to extremely unqualified co-workers, lack of relevant training in regards to the actual job requirements, poor pay, consumers tend to not get their needs met, disregard for employees from middle and upper management
