      Pros

      Great IT. Bleeding edge (literally). Great for interns.

      Cons

      Contractors are treated like dirt. Employees hate the contractors. No time for learning is allowed. Don't ask questions o they will think you are stupid. I tried for two years to get into SRP and I have to say it was the worst experience I've had in 20 years of IT. The contractors that have been there a long time are running the show. Unrealistic promises are made to the business. The long term workers sit in meetings all day and then dump on the contractors. The egos there ar unbelievable.

      Pros

      SRP gave me stability, experience, and the chance to build real skills. I had positive experiences there, and I’m grateful for parts of it. But I’m also realizing that the environment doesn’t always operate from a positive or growth-minded place, and I have to be honest about what that has cost me

      Cons

      The con is not that SRP is a bad place. The con is that it can give you stability and experience, but not always a clear or fair feeling of movement. You can give a lot, build a lot, and still feel like you’re waiting for someone to finally see it
