Our interview schedules depend on the job opportunity and corporate interview days for Management Trainees will sometimes be scheduled a month or so apart which can make the process seem long. We talk with our Management Trainee candidates about their flexibility to move 2-3 times in the first 5 years to allow for job changes and promotions. The opportunities are greatest for those that can accept this flexibility.
