Pros
Some friendly co-workers (however - not a pro - management plays employees against each other creating friction where there would not and should not normally be any).
Cons
Make money and have fun is the motto. However, this only applies to upper management and there's a lot of upper management! Too many Chief's and not enough Indians. The bigger they get and the more money they make, the more stingy they get with growing the departments and getting current technology. If you work here, be prepared to work long hard hours. No matter how much you give, there is no loyalty or appreciation given in return. Just do your job and make the rich richer only to be taken out like the garbage when they are through with you.
