      I have worked for numerous large companies and multiple distributors. This is the best company I have worked for by far. All the support you could ever need. Excellent career growth for those that strive for it.

      Cons

      Regional Managers lack leadership. They prefer to chastise instead of coach. It’s always “figure it out” when you ask for guidance. Only hear from them when something goes wrong.
