I loved my job and the people there. They really care and do what they say they will. I worked there a little less than a year and found out I had cancer. They set me up to work from home, helped me with my health insurance, and bought dinner for my Family once a week! There 401(k) has very generous matching.
Cons
None - they go above and beyond for their employees.
Regional Managers lack leadership. They prefer to chastise instead of coach. It’s always “figure it out” when you ask for guidance. Only hear from them when something goes wrong.
