      SRS was the firm I wanted to land with after completing my MBA. The growth and culture seemed to be pretty awesome from afar. They have not disappointed. This is by far the BEST PLACE TO BE!

      Stock options. 401k. Health benefits.

      Cons

      Regional Managers lack leadership. They prefer to chastise instead of coach. It’s always “figure it out” when you ask for guidance. Only hear from them when something goes wrong.
