True character of company unveiled - Transportation Specialist SRS Distribution Employee Review

Pass poor management overall with lack of backbone on local levels letting the lazy employees loaf while hard workers get screwed. Too many acquisitions costing big money causing company wide Workfoce Reductions/Jobs eliminated. Mismanaged and unethically structured company. They talk up how well they take care of the employees with bonuses and stock ownership but it all comes at a deep price to the dedicated hard workers. If you work here watch your back!!!
